Copyright and security reports
Parcha Lab builds and hosts this website for Parcha Lab Staging. For most questions, write to Parcha Lab Staging at staging-inbox@parchalab-staging.com. This page is for two things that can come straight to Parcha Lab: a notice that material on this website infringes a copyright, and a report of a security problem or abuse.
Copyright notices
If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or act for, write to Parcha Lab at hola@parchalab.com with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the material on this website you believe infringes it, and its address on this website, so it can be found;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
How Parcha Lab handles notices: We remove material named in a valid notice and tell the client which material and why. A client who receives three valid notices within twelve months has their account terminated. A counter-notice restores the material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant files suit.
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address; Parcha Lab will tell you what it must contain.
Security problems and abuse
To report a security problem with this website or its hosting, or abuse of the hosting, write to Parcha Lab at hola@parchalab.com. Please describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and do not reach, change or delete information that is not yours while you look.
